The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, disciplined, comfortable with technology, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key responsibilities

- Conduct daily visits to businesses, including pharmacies, retail shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, and FMCG distributors.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Engage business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, partnerships, and networking.
- Meet assigned customer acquisition and revenue targets.
2. Business needs assessment
- Understand how prospective customers currently manage their businesses.
- Identify operational challenges involving inventory, sales, expenses, procurement, and reporting.
- Assess customers’ existing tools, processes, and operational requirements.
- Recommend appropriate Foundry Business packages based on customer needs.
- Identify businesses that may benefit from Foundry Outcome Engineering.
3. Product demonstrations and sales
- Present Foundry Business clearly and professionally.
- Conduct product demonstrations using approved sales materials.
- Explain how Foundry can help customers improve operational efficiency and business visibility.
- Communicate product features, benefits, subscription packages, and pricing.
- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and close sales.
4. Customer activation and onboarding coordination
- Collect accurate customer registration and onboarding information.
- Coordinate with the implementation and customer-success teams.
- Ensure new customers understand the next steps after subscribing.
- Follow up on customers until onboarding and initial activation are completed.
- Identify and escalate onboarding challenges promptly.
- Support a smooth transition from sales to ongoing customer management.
5. Sales pipeline and reporting
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the company’s CRM.
- Record daily field visits, leads, demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales.
- Submit daily activity updates and weekly pipeline reports.
- Track prospective customers through the sales process.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, objections, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
6. Customer relationships and referrals
- Maintain professional relationships with acquired customers.
- Identify opportunities for subscription upgrades and additional Foundry services.
- Generate referrals from satisfied customers.
- Collaborate with customer-success teams to address customer concerns.
- Represent Access 89 professionally in all customer interactions.
Key performance indicators
Performance will be assessed using both sales activity and commercial results.
| KPI | Initial monthly target |
|---|---|
| Business visits | 80–100 |
| Qualified leads generated | 30 |
| Product demonstrations | 20 |
| New paying customers | 6 |
| New customer activation rate | 85% or higher |
| CRM activity reporting | 100% |
| Customer retention | At least 80% after 60 days |
Targets are indicative and may be adjusted based on territory, product package, customer segment, and business performance. The primary performance measure is new activated, paying customers and the recurring revenue generated, rather than the number of visits alone.
